Last night at Slim’s in San Francisco was Berner’s “Cookie Christmas Party”, in front of a sold out crowd with Azuré and Dave Steezy. Coming fresh off an ill new single in his David Camarena directed video “Psychedelic”, Azuré proved to nonbelievers in his music with an ill performance, bringing out Clyde Shankle and Dayvid Michael to perform their new material from their upcoming group project under the name 3Deep. Also bringing out HBK CJ and Carbyne of CaliMade, Azuré gave listeners just a taste of what to expect in 2014. Dave Steezy performed tracks from his upcoming debut project Suitable For Public, impressing the crowd with his flows on “That’s That Shit” and “Bout That”. Steezy brought out nearly the entire HBK Gang to perform “Go Crazy” and Skipper’s new single “That’s My Word”, as well as P-Lo to perform “Right Now” from MBMGC2. Berner ended the night off strong by commanding his sold out crowd, performing early material and new favorites from his Taylor Gang projects as well. Check out photos from the sold out show below, Clyde Shankle and Carbyne [aka Na(T)ive Son] are dropping their album produced by Kuya Beats on 12/31, stay tuned for that!
